Hope Employment Academy
Youth in 10-12th grades apply and interview for the Employment Academy. Year 1 curriculum includes academic success, employability training and small group coaching. Year 2 students continue with the same curriculum with the addition of an internship. Year 3 is the final year and includes an internship within the community.
All participants receive a $50 weekly stipend for successful participation, support to graduate from high school, skills to get and keep a job and a vision for the future including post-high school education and employment.
