- 206 members (80 youth and 116 children) have completed StrengthsFinder surveys
- 94% of the youth stated they knew and understood their strengths
- 89% of youth thought knowing about their strengths helped them in school
- 78% of students used their strengths in their job or job interests
- 81% of students indicate Hope Center for Kids provides them meaningful opportunities to use their strengths to be a leader and serve the community
- 80% of the youth reported increased confidence as a result of knowing their strengths
Graduation
- Young woman received the Susan Buffet scholarship to use at any Nebraska school(sophomore at UNO)
- 11 high school graduates in 2010 (85%)
- 3 former youth received GED or Alternative education degree
- 6 of the 11 graduates are attending college (55%)
- 45 high school graduates between the years 2006-2011 (90%)
- 12 former graduates attending college presently (24%)
- 39 of 40 youth hired in Employability program graduated from high school or received their GED (98%)
